1999 - Represented Hoechst Group in outventuring mandate that resulted in private placement with Zeneca Specialty Chemicals, England (now Avecia) for German-based, emerging technology company, Covion Organic Semiconductors GmbH, that produces materials for electronic flat panel displays, included direct management equity participation. Designed structure, managed negotiations and supervised legal counsel.
